By creating an account, accessing, or using JengoLinks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform.

To use JengoLinks, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a registered business entity in your country of operation
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

We reserve the right to verify your business credentials and may request additional documentation at any time.

Account Creation: You must create an account to access most features of our platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types: We offer different account types including Supplier, Buyer, Contractor, and Logistics Partner accounts. Each account type has specific features and obligations.

For Suppliers:

• List only genuine construction materials that you own or are authorized to sell
• Provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing
• Maintain adequate inventory for listed products
• Fulfill orders within agreed timeframes
• Comply with all applicable quality and safety standards

For Buyers:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Make payments as agreed upon order confirmation
• Inspect goods upon delivery and report issues promptly
• Communicate professionally with suppliers

Platform Role: JengoLinks acts as a marketplace facilitator. We do not own, manufacture, or ship the products listed. Transactions are between buyers and sellers, and we are not a party to these transactions.

You agree NOT to:

• List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
• Circumvent our payment system for off-platform transactions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search results
• Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Transaction Fees: We may charge fees for using our marketplace services. Current fee structures are displayed on your account dashboard and may vary by account type and transaction volume.

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed through our approved payment partners
• We support multiple payment methods including bank transfers and mobile money
• Currency exchange rates are provided by our partners
• Supplier payouts are processed within 24-48 hours after delivery confirmation

Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the specific terms agreed between buyers and sellers. We may facilitate dispute resolution but are not responsible for issuing refunds.

Our Property: The JengoLinks name, logo, website design, features, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Your Content: By uploading content (product images, descriptions, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Content: You must not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. We will respond to valid infringement claims and may remove infringing content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed products
• We are not liable for the actions of buyers, sellers, or logistics partners
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JengoLinks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you upload or submit
• Your transactions with other users

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You remain responsible for any pending transactions.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Receive multiple complaints from other users
• Fail to pay fees owed to us

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, but certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

Between Users: We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disputes directly. We may provide mediation services but are not obligated to resolve disputes between users.

With JengoLinks: Any disputes with us shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting our support team. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may proceed to arbitration.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
